Plz give some names of some sets under 10k (used/unused), with good cams. Considering the quality of a Nokia 3650 cam to be bad.

I checked the pic quality of these sony ericssons and they are too good as compared to the nokias in the same price range.
I am also looking for a phone with a good camera with a memory card option.(These ones dont have the memory card). Cheapest price.
