Ok... I've finally got my hands on a 256mb RS DV MMC and a mmc card reader for my 3230. I've copied a few mp3s and stuff onto the card, but i can't set any of the mp3s i've copied to the card using the card reader as ringtones... So is it only mp3's sent by BT that i can set as ringtones? Or am i doing something wrong?
I've tried renaming the folders the files are into to the same names as the orignal mmc but no difference?? Anyone help?

Ok... So I've now tried using BT to transfer the files but still the phone will play them fine in media player but not allow me to select them as ring tones!!! I'm guessing this is another bug in the Orange 3230 firmware... Time for a bit of debranding...

I sorted it... Had to format the mmc in the phone first then transfer everything with the card reader no probs!! It all works when it's back in the phone!!
