The software in the phone (firmware) that makes it work.if it were corrupted eg battery does not hold its charge or phone does not switch on then you could take it back but im not sure if they will give you a refund for no reason

They won't for no reason i know that, but sounds silly, how could i break the firmware so that it doesn't work

Im not sure.you could try and activate the phone lock on your phone and keep entering the wrong password and that may block your phone so it dnt work.btw way did you get the v800?

Thats a good price well it depends how long its got left.you could put your sharp on ebay and if it doesent go for the right price then you could try the phone lock thing or you could try that first

But if they don't take it back i have got a barred phone to sell on eBaY - not so good, i have just sold 2 packs of collectors cards for £300 to somone on eBaY so i have got an extra £5 to spend on my phone:lol: it's got 5 days left now, it's the best condition i could find under £200

Put a reserve of around 100-120 then you hopefully should get a good price for it.
