I think you have a point there Anuj I was also a bit worried about that but then why these people are not tellling us off straight away like didn't you called two times already for the same thing like stuff. So I think there is a slight chance that they don't have such a system in palce. Well I hope so
Also when I called the CS they gave me a user name and password for teh MY 02 section of the website , there I can see my bill (which is yet to be produced) and personal details and stuff but no option for tariff changes.

Just went into the O2 shop in Cheapside London, Free on the anytime 400 deal, but the guy categorically said to me, it'll be 6 months before you can change tariffs...he said the allow 3 months on normal phones, but XDA/P900's require 6. Have they wised up??? |

You could try claiming that the person in the shop told you 3 months, but unless you get it in writing i doubt they would take much notice.

Which store is that/who did you speak to, as if they'll do it for £329.99 i'll take 2. The o2 price isnt a special offer its just their normal price for the phone on that contract.

Ehhhhh, the p900 is a PDA phone and yet it was free........
Shows on my reciept as a promo offer too though now i read it properly, presumed that was just how they put it through the system.
