With pattern, ban. without pattern but suspicious, PM them and ask.
I have no problem when my name would be visible when I vote.

I have now banned 25 members. They had voted 24000 times (out of 62000). Mostly using lowest score on other targeted members, and full score on duplicate accounts. Signing up with two accounts from the same IP address withing 2 minutes makes it easy to spot. Seems to be two fractions of members voting their own images up, and voting down the other fraction. Very few of the banned members has posted anything in the forum.
I doubt the guys in question are reading this thread, but I'll say it anyway: I we now have very good tools for spotting and removing duplicate voter-accounts, so please don't try this again. There are sill remaining accounts to be banned, and I will continue to remove the rest the next couple of days.

Wow. We can really see the difference now. I must say that I'm impressed.  shooters now gotta do harder to make our photos got in the top rated photos. We have good photographers out there which have done awesome shots, regardless they ain't phones!

Yeah,I noticed that the top 100 changed & some of mine re-entered & now loads of Nokia & Samsung photos back in there

Thanks, laffen, for sorting this issue out, seems to have been a lot of work, when you had to do this manually, but it sure was worth the effort, the top-rated list has changed completely !

You can imagine most people targeted like myself were annoyed by this. Because when you take & upload a decent photo & people do that it's disheartening & ends up with people wanting to leave the forum like mlife did. I am sure he will be back now though. I like seeing compliments on my photos though sometimes I do upload some rubbish,& I also like to compliment others too & I often do leave a comment along with my score But good on Laffen for listening

Imagine how empty people's lifes must be, when they bother to create multiple accounts, only to be able to cheat by voting their own pictures up and other people's pictures down on a mobile phone forum ! After all, there are no prizes to win, there's only the "honour" of being in the top 16, or top 30, or whatever.
