Doesn't necessarily have to do with elegibility, the list hasn't been updated for a while, a few "old" members (Muhammad-Oli, member since 2004 and RyaN, member since 2002) have joined in and aren't in the list either

I'm not actually talking about an actual list, you've got me wrong.
What I mean is that, yes, there should be some sort of eligibility control, as the last thing anyone, especially garlic_bread, wants is for the phone to be stolen on its travels.
Therefore, there should be a 6 or 12 month time in which participants have been active posters on Esato.

Wasn't this already set to one year, early in this thread ?
The phone doesn't have to get nicked by a participant though, it can get lost in the mail also.
There are some risks anyways, we just have to try to keep them as small as possible.

Well some people think that is better to give the address only to the person who is sending them the phone. That's what I thought, but it's up to garlic_bread to decide.
