Thanks a lot number1. Where do you think I can find the the same values for the original firmware, so we can compare.
Does the +0.3, +0.7 decrease shutter speed in order to get more light or that has something to do with software?
Sorry for my poor knowledge about the topic.

Finally, I was able to test it Seems to be really better than original one. I was only just confused about flash and night (portrait and landscape). One time, photos were dark, like it took it after the flash. But some time later, it work well...strange:)

If would be fine to do something like EM...maybe longer exp. times with ISO 100 (it's less usable, but sometimes good for night landscape with phone on the wall or some bin... ). Just ideas.
Nowadays, I'm enjoying Elm, fw R7BA076.

Hi,
I own C702 for past 4 to 5 months.
The Phone is gr8 except for camera.
1. the pictures are very yellowish when i use flash (please see attached picture)

2. i downloaded the latest updates SEUS and everything is latest.
even then the problem persists.

3. i used the driver 3.2 given number 1. even then no improvement.

4. The clarity also not satisfied. so many noice.

the attached picture is taken after installing the number 1 driver.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Maybe try using +7 eV in dark shots like number1's suggestion. It worked on mine.

I haven't tried N1 camdriver yet because I am a bit bussy and I have te learn how to install it reading some tutorial.
But I would like to compare this 2 pictures, they were taking almost in the dark.

First taken with c702, + 0.7 exposure compensation, exposure time 1/5, ISO 1000.

Second taken with a w810, night mode, 0 compensation, 1/5 esposure time, ISO 800. (its shaken but thats my fault)

The idea is to compare light, for me w810 one is much better, I know c702
focal length is smaller, but I think I should be able to take much better pics with c702, I am dissapointed by its camera.

Night mode makes a big difference in w810, what do you think about this? Then I will upload more pics to compare.

N1 has talked about using 1/3 shutter speed but with 1/5 its difficult not to shake it, I think that 1/3 would be really difficult.

@aimmovie: Which firmware are you currently using?

@bip: Yes, Number1 reduced shutter speed in order to allow more light into the sensor, whenever you have low light you'll have to keep the phone still for a longer time in order to avoid blurring... at first it was a bit hard to do, but eventually i have accustomed to it.

@yw88

Since you obviously haven't done anything to your phone, then yours is the original camdriver.

It's possible to decrease the yellow via colour correction with the flash il look into it, the C702 has a smaller aperture so the only way to have lighter pics without degrading the quality is to decrease the shutter speed, theres nothing else that can be done, +0.7 ev is only for twlightportrait so you can have 1/3 shutter with iso500, it would be possible to have 1/2 shutter speed with iso320 it would be good as a nightmode, but the trouble is where to place it, C702 can not have supermode because there is no zoom in 3mp mode.

Thanks for the reply... did you try another scene besides twilight landscape?, i don't use it that much, i use twilight, portrait and some times document...

Can you confirm that the yellowness with the flash only happens when you use portrait landscape?

can you post a pic? usually when we take pics with flash on, the pic turns dark. the yellowish? well, check the white balance. it could be set to cloudy.
