That's great m8!
Remember that the connection rarely holds when you're about 10m away, even though it's supposed to.. Especially with obstacles, like walls etc.. The further away you are, the slower the connection gets.

I think I found a little trick:
Up * down * * * down up up * down Then the photo button
The phone performs general diagnosis and all the menus are showing on the display!!! |

Well, it does not seem to be related to the distance. The BT link seems to go down after 2 to 10 minutes even if I am sitting next to the BT dongle. When the link is up I can surf from any location in my apartment (125 sqm). The Tecom BT3030 is class one and should cover up to 100 meter distance (in good conditions) or about 40 indoors as somebody pointed out here earlier. Anyway I really need to find the problem with the BTW 12216 sw very frustrating to have to reinstall this on my win me system every now and then.

select the P800 icon on WinExplorer and select your P800 profile...
this will show the drives availble in the P800 (memory stick & phone memory)...
drag the file you wish to transfer on the P800 drive...
file transfer will begin and P800 Filemanager will drop the file in its appropriate folder...
image files to the image folder
sound files to audio
mp4 to video
etc...
files will be under the unfiled category...

It sometimes takes some tweaking to make it work with the built-in browser. Just look for some hints within this thread, and I'm sure you'll figure it out. ;)

Do you mean that you get connected to GPRS, or do you mean that you don't get connected at all?

Do you know if this works if ur behind a network proxy/firewall? I haven't got a bt adapter yet so have tried it via the usb cradle and it doesn't work! Built in browser says 'unknown error' and opera says 'cannot open www....'. Thanks
