@mib, It is my opinion. You do not need to understand it. Apart that I had N95 and I have N 95 8Gb and K850i. Again, it is only my opinion. As you have read whole post, reality is very simple: What you want from the phone and how much money you have to get that. Do not feel offended or anything.
I have never relied on "vox populi" in some random poll because most are not even users of the items in question and are 0.001% of user base ergo unreliable. I might be a fool cause I have bought K850i and have not read GSM arena before that, right?
He can account my opinion, or not, it is up to him.

this thread will go on forever...but, i still think k850 take better indoor, flash & low light pictures then N82......
ive also seen so many amazing outdoor (k850)pictures with good sharpness and saturation, (from ex, Gerban, darkmagician, brewcaster, myself, etc)..that im so convinced that k850 have the power to take great pics..
when i said that k850 manage low light(ex, cloudy weather) better then N82..i meant this:

(ive seen many low light pics with N82 on Flickr.com, and they have not the same sharpness)
anyway....some people have got k850 with major problems...thats not cool, but i think that if you get a k850 who works like it should, you have a awesome phone with good camera, music player, etc, etc.....
for all people who is worried about photo shop...here is your exif data...he he

Hello to all!
Last week I just got rid of my old k800 and put my hands on a brand new N82 and I have to say: this phone rocks!
I don't know much about k850 flash pics, but I have seen some and to me it doesn't seem to be any better than K800's.
On the other hand, what I CAN say is that N82 flash pics are in a completely dif lead! Much stronger light than k800 and LG Viewty - which I tested and performed disappointingly.
It also manages to lock the focus distance in a much faster way than all those devices, even in a poorly lit ambient, due to a powerful LED focus assistant. Facing it against the K800 is like comparing a Porsche to a VW.
The only bottom lines of this device seems to be the compression settings and that annoying red LED that goes on every time you shoot video (and also blinks everytime you take a picture). Pictures get too much compression sometimes, losing quality at 100% crop. Anyway, it seems to be a software issue.
Otherwise, it won't disappoint you, with beautiful colors, manual settings for sharpness and contrast, a 100% better focus locking when compared to the N95, a simply outstanding focus assistant LED and, finally, awesome average speed!
Take account also that the N82 is capable of recording video at 30 fps at VGA res, being just a leap behind the Viewty qualitywise.
Oh, I almost forgot... The cursor featured on the N92 sometimes feels cheap and fragile, but you do not get the risk of having a crack on the glass at the backside of an almost 500 euro cel phone as you get with K850.
Here's a sample pic taken with the N82:

Hows N82 sound quality through headphones? Much better than N95 or not a substantial difference? And is it louder than the N95? How much louder? Thanks.

Dude, the sound quality is slightly better than n95.But w810i beats it becoz of great bass reproduction. The earphones are crap. |
