Not trying to barge in to your topic - I think the k770 takes great pics too.

And I feel exactly the same way about ICX495, Sony's 5 MP CCD digicam sensor used in a few phones in 2006 (i-mobile 902, LG KG920, Gigabyte g-cam).

Of course they are from a K800i and of course they are edited. All professional photographers edit their digital photos. That's the beauty of digital cameras, allowing you to do things with your photos that were very difficult with film unless you had your own photo lab. Just pick up a copy of the magazine Popular Photography if you don't believe this or go to their web site.

The only people who do not edit their digital photos are:

1. Noobs! Because they don't know how...

2. When comparing camera quality, usually SE and Nokia fanboys arguing which camphone is the best!

i tink here is not the place for u to put your "edited" photo. we r here to compare the original pic from different phone.

if the pic come out is good, after editing it wil become more better.

No, I agree. But milan91 was complaining that a photographer (davidhelan) at Flickr was posting edited photos on that site. If you're a photographer then your demands would be pretty low if you were happy with the raw photos from a K800i...

As you say, the only time you post raw, unedited photos is when you just want to show off camera quality. That's doesn't seem to be the point davidhelan is trying to make.

yes i agree, ICX-sensor is damn cruel. BUT except for the camera i-mobile is a VERY crappy phone. LG KG920 is a much nicer phone though, BUT it still not on the Nordic market, (at least not in the stores ... KG920 never became a hit worlwide, i think the strange design stop people to buy it.

so the best sensors (who is available on the market) is IMX sensors......

I think the biggest problem with the KG920 is the price. It's a very nice phone, with a titanium case which makes it very strong but light. One shop here in Muscat still has one piece but the shop keeper is asking almost 550 US dollars for it.

sory mate, IMHO, nothing special about that pic. plain background makes the object look sharp..
some parts a bit over exposed there.

but yes, i agree IMX020 is good

A correction to my own post: the case is not made out of titanium, just a small part of it, the piece that's bulging out from the phone body housing the camera shutter button. So this makes the reason for LG charging so much money for the phone strange. The build quality is good but the software is worse than i-mobile 902's.
