Peterkay yes all of us are intrested in the wellbeing of other on this Humble Site, it's certainley a good way to loose weight I think I think if you eat your food quick then your more likely to get abit fat ive always been a slow eater and looking at others how they scoff there food down so quick then thats prob the reason why there abit overweight 
Keep it up almost the first week gone as you say all

Yeah, speed eating really makes you gain weight (My brother being the exception lol). I mean, i'm probably the slowest eater on the universe, and i'm skinny as a toothpick  |

2. time (local and GMT) at which iftar is at your respective places...

at my place "sehar ends at 04:50 am local (23:20 GMT???) and iftar is at 06:35 pm local (13:05 GMT) in Srinagar, Kashmir"...

Here in the Lancashire, UK:
Suhur ends at 5:10am
Iftar time is at 7:17pm
Seems long but i find it very easy Alhamdulillah.

first ten dayz...the ashara of blessings (correct me if im wrong) is finished
we wait for ramadhan like anything and it whizzez by even faster...seriously...this sux...but on another not..i went to this beautiful mosque over here in texas...built beautifully and the mahrab (where the imam stands) has been brought custom built from Syria and carved from wood and beautiful..i dun hav pics but it was refreshing to c such a nice sight
