i know it's 2,6 " but it looks so small compared with the phone. well at least that is what looks like from the photos

No it looks exactly how it should, just something is wrong with you.I can't understand HOW THE H*LL after SE announced so bloody perfect looking and nearly perfect spec-wise phone, somebody will always find unreal flaws in it and will moan about all the day.LOL I am really p*ssed off of such childish behavior.

I like the design of this phone very much. It got very nice features but first i want to see real photos and size comparisons with others. If they had put built in GPS and a 5mp camara on it will be a killer phone. Now im waiting for nokia n73 sucessor, and one of these 2 will be my next phone for sure

Yeah, the W960i is the pick of the litter for me too.
Now to make my mind up between the P1i and this...

I don't consider the 5mpix camera a big improvement over the 3.2mpix with AF,the only thing that is better on the K850i is the xenon flash.But its too greedy to ask for everything.Bear in mind that its 16mm in width so a xenon flash may be a hard thing to put in - the memory and etc. are occupying a great deal of space.

between p1i and w960i i will go for w960i with no problems. P1i got nothing better and his qwerty keypad will suck for sure like the one on m600 (in my opinion)

yes but when the W960i comes out P1i will be seriously cheaper,so its not all about the specs.

ok antichrist have your opinion for yourself.I doubt anyone will agree with you.If the phone is smaller,it won't have enough space for the hardware and won't be feeling well in hand.The display can't be bigger because its a standard size for a QVGA screen and noone will produce 3inch QVGA display,at least not now. The balance is good and it has a typical SE-ish look,but by no means smallish like the W880i for example.A 2.6 inch display can't look small on a phone with this size,no way.If its not large enough for you,go and buy an iPhone.

@PcMan

You really cannot be serious when you say

"Do uknow the difference in real life experience between hsdpa and umts?! It's so liitle!!! this is not comparing gprs and umts! So I think thats not a big stuff! The phone is brilliant although the lacks of hsdpa!! For me it's brilliant! It's all I need in one - walkman + symbian uiq 3.1(+all great apps & etc stuffs around the OS) +wi-fi+bluetooth stereo headset and bluetooth hands-free in-box+8gb in-phone memory+great desighn/small sizes+nice touch screen(touch scren is very important for OS based machines, only because of this main minus I dont like N95..)+many others! "

Well first point is the difference between HSDPA and UMTS as you put so little at all the difference is max 384kbps to currently 1.8mbps rising to 3.6mbps hopefully by the end of the year on then on to 7.2mbps so on this you are very wrong I'm afraid.

We get you wouldn't like the N95 after all it's not an SE is it.

I really like the looks of this phone i think it is great but as some have mentioned the lack of HSDPA on a Data centric device to be launched late 2007 is not good IMO. The other points i am disappointed with is that it shares the same processor and graphics as the P1 although the same Ram is excellent but again for a device launching late 2007 i really don't get why they are still using the same old processors surely it can't be that expensive to upgrade to a newer chip as this will be a premium device for sure. What confuses me more is that HSDPA is coming in some of the other devices just not this one. The lack of HSDPA, WiFi and new chip is what rules out this otherwise great device from being viable for me.

Marc
