How is the screen after a while? Lots of scratches?
Why not get a screen protector? Cheap, easy to apply, long lasting.

The build quality is ok. Just like c_vignesh said the back-cover does creak sometimes when you push on some sports the phone. Personaly I hate stuff that donīt feel "top-of-the-line", and the K550 is ok in this case, but not more. Compare to a T610 it feels plastic, but compare to other phones it feels solid.
Bad answer, but itīs hard to describe quality-feelings over the internet.
The perfect phone for me, would have been a W880 a little thicker, with 5 MPix camera and a lens-protector. (and a little different design compare to the W880, I donīt like it that much) |

hi all i own a k550i but i realised my phone # key has very little feedback compare to the other number pad. Is it normal or do i need to send it to the service centre? My camera button is very insensitive as well, after getting the focus, i had to press it down very hard for the shutter to capture. Anyone else have these 2 problems?
I have the same problem on my k550i, and my friends too, so i think its supposed to be that way. The camera button disturbs me the most.
By the way, is there any way I can flash the k550i ->w610i for free? |

i dont think this has been asked before in this topic, but does the k550i support a2dp as i really want a phone which can use stero bluetooth headphones
the w610i can, so if flashed, would it be able to work too? |

it is strange how the a2dp was not mentioned in the specs.

hi, first time poster. i have this phone, the k550i, and it was running great untill today. my mum got a new phone, so i rang my phone with hers to get the number. only, when i put the phone down, instead of my phone showing "MISSED CALL" it went to the short cuts menu instead. i must have rang my phone 10 times from her phone and our house phone, and each time the short cuts menu popped up instead of showing me my missed calls. even when i went into missed calls manually, there was no record. this is annoying as im waiting for a call from a friend, and i wont know if i missed it. has anyone else had this problem?
ive turned it off and on again, ive removed the battery and still the same thing keeps happening. any advice?
thanks for any replies. |

Hi Sarah, I think you might have the option to turn the 'New Events' pop-up off in the settings menu.
Try that and see if you have the same problem.

i just had a quick look and i cant see how to do that. i turned it off, removed the battery and left it for a bit. its working OK now, but it reset my time and date. i have a feeling something like this will happen again!
thanks for the advice |

The time and date shouldn't reset when you remove the battery. Its sounds to me like the phone may be faulty.
I would consider getting it replaced it if I was you.

it wouldn't get reset, but it does tend to leave off time if you take out the battery for too long. happens to my K800i as well. |
