If they do, then what would be the difference between the W and K series?

looks like it just depends on who you talk to about the card. I rang up earlier to activate the sim and the lady told me she would send me one in the post and i would get it in 3-5 days. By the shounds of it thats not gonna happen but ive been told twice now that I will get one so I will ring up again next week if i dont get one, see what they say.
Forgot to ask her name again though!

Got my phone from 02, but with no M2 card. Just called 02 and explained that their website clearly states that the phone comes with the card. I sort of suggested that this was one of the reasons why I bought it from them. Much umm-ing and ahhh-ing later, they asked me to send them a link to the page where it states the M2 card is included. I've just done that and am awaiting a reply. I'm actually emailing someone at Ventura-UK which after a quick Google search confirmed that they are a customer service outsourcing company. The person I spoke to said her contact at the call centre had a sheet of paper which clearly stated that the K800 doesn't come with the card supplied.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.....

So are K800's meant to come with straps then?
I know that the K750 has a strap point on it, but no straps were given in the box...
