Hi,

I have the same problem! Bad flash and now dead phone. Not even the white screen. How did you make it work again?

Thanks!

@drjackyll

Take the battery out and leave it for a few minutes.... then restart your pc and load SEUS again and try again and dont do anything but follow the instructions and just let it work and leave the fone on the table and see how it goes that is what i did and it works thankgod.... If you still have problem.... I know someone in LONDON who can fix it for you.

Cheers

@SE-Naz

Let me get it straight, you want me to take the battery out and then try and flash the phone without the battery?

Thanks for your help!

At the stage when it is trying to detect my phone it takes forever and in the end it says that it can't detect it.

Strange...

Aaah how nice SE..... I updated the phone... everything works well only my speaker and microphone don't work anymore... When I make a phonecall everything is just dead, no sound, nothing. I can only make calls when my headset is plugged in. Very nice such a Service Update....

@SE-Naz

I did put it back in and follow the instructions, but nothing happened, it couldn't detect the phone. After the " relese the c button" it tries to detect the phone, but it fails.

Cheers...

If that happens then restart your pc and disconnect everythin and try again.... if it still happens then it may have killed your fone off....

Try and see and let me know.

Hope this helps

Just upgraded to R5BC004. No noticeble difference from previous firmware except that it now supports multiple character phone book search, which I really welcome since getting used to it on my K750i.

You jus need the program to install and when you connect the fone with the cable the software recognises the fone and upgrades that particulr fone.

@waja800

Multiple character phonebook search? I've had 3 different revisions of firmware on my W900 and they've all had that feature. (IIRC I've had R5AC, R5AF and now R5BB). Haven't found this newer version yet.
