Well, why is it a problem?
Samsung D600, Nokia 6280, etc. have a 240x320 pixel displays and they *CAN* record videos up to 352x288 or even up to 640x480 pixels however it is bigger then the display resolution. BUT that cen be used e.g. to view it on a PC..

Hmm Nokia, Samsung, i have no idea about these phones really! They both have QVGA screens though, dont they? |

Yep they have QVGA screens and CIF or even VGA resolution video captrunig possibilities.. So I think the smaller resolution display is not a problem.. |

The only thing I miss is the ATRAC3plus since it has quite good audio qality on extremely low bitrates like 48 kbps.. I don't know why isn't they include this really Sony Walkman specific format in the SonyEricsson Walkman line.. Anyway the W810i will not support the widely used AAC+ format what can be used on low bitrates like the ATRAC3plus.. |

As a K750i user for well over 8 months-ish I personally feel kinda ripped off, ok maybe it has a 'few' improvements but is SE trying to do a nokia? By pumping a market position for all its worth? At the end of the day, its a phone with superb capabilities. so basically I think its too much, too soon.

Very, Very good point! They should have at least made it AAC+ compatible |

I didn't know that the k750/w800 supported aac files.
And don't use that tone in here. |

The AAC is a simple MPEG-4 audio file. To upload it just rename it to *.MP4 and that's it. You can easily create MPEG4-Audio files with Apple iTunes! Okay the file will have *.M4A extension so you'll need to rename it to MP4.. If you're not extremely serious in audible quality you can use 96 kbps.. It's quite sufficient.
Anyway my nice and old K700i is also capable of playing MPEG4-Audio so called AAC files..
Well my only problem with SonyEricsson is that they're not going to lead the market with the flagship product just follow the others.. There's no big changes just small steps year-by-year.. |

I think you are the one with the bad tone after that comment. I was merely stating a fact... |

I really love the new design. Who knows maybe W810 housing will fit K750/W800 . The buttons, camera and the camera lights all seems to be positioned as in the K750/W800. |
