Yup, you do have a nice collection of movie posters, Jojo. Interesting comparison between the different cellphones (and digicam) used there.
Perhaps I would've expected a bit more sharpness from the K608i's 1.3mp cam, although I'm taking into account that it's an indoor shot.

This thread's post count now moves it above the Malaysian thread in the Esato Top 20. This also means that the SA Mobile Discussion is now the 7th biggest thread to date on Esato, and the 4th biggest out of these that are still actually active. Nice going, people!

Anyways, gotta get some sleep in. The in-laws arrive tomorrow after visiting their eldest daughter in Canada and on Monday we're off touring around the UK.
Looks like we're going up to Northern England and Scotland like we did with my older sister and mom last year. We're giving Wales a miss though, as a few years ago we toured there extensively with them.
No sooner do we get back and the in-laws fly return to SA, then good friends of ours arrive from Johannesburg, who would also like to tour around here too...
So I'll be posting a good deal from the the P900 in the weeks ahead...
I just hope this crazy weather doesn't affect the trip/s too much...

Have a bril Sunday.
G'night.

@krypt - Thanks ! About 3 years ago, I can still manage to have the movie-poster-displays replaced 'quarterly' . . . but have no time for that - now [addsig]

OK, here's my first real report since the fw update: I can't seem to open cracked software. The phone's speed, browsing through menus, has improved significantly.

Good to hear that Lewis Hamilton has been cleared to drive in today's F1, after that horrific 270kmh crash yesterday. Poor bloke; it wasn't even his fault. He starts from 10th position on the grid.

Back to the phone stuff, there's now a decent review of the new T650 here:
http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_t650-review-149.php

Damn nice looking phone; shame about 15fps/QCIF video recording (almost criminal, ... )and lack of EDGE. (Where's Mario now...)
But as a style-driven fashion phone, which seems to be the obvious design criteria for this handset, they've succeeded IMO.

Hey everyone i'm finally back lol after reading catching up on the last twenty or so pages.went on leave but wow what a holiday...met tons of old friends and then had to borrow my girlfriend my phone as her dum d900 had sim reader chip problem.next day after some very weird events(including my best friend who i was staying with throwing chairs into everything including the hotel windows and trying to jump an hour later!thank god i managed to grab onto his leg...)me and the others in the group went exploring in the jungle found a nice lagoon and threw a party in the middle of nowhere and one buddy got washed away by some mean ass tsunami like waves.needless to say by this time after swimming out of the shark infested waters with him i was tired of playing hero so i sped back home...unfortunately the cops had something to say bout that so four grand later in fines i'm home.when we got here we took the 'crazy' for help but the doctor said he's mentally fine and couple scans etc later we took him for other 'help',it turns out he's possessed!that explains things falling on the table at three in the morning and me seeing dark figures moving around lol and i usually pass those events of as peoples imagination.sorry bout the long post ppl.had to let some of it out
