anyone else know that singlepoint suck big time?! iam just of the phone with them reguarding terminating my contract and they told me i couldn't until march! even thought i want to pay-off whats outstanding on my contract, this is the first time any provider has said this to me, vodafone and o2 allow you to termniate whenever you want so why shouldn't singlepoint?

my god had the shittest nite last nite. was plannin on askin out ma ex agen coz still like her she's fab...but sum otha wanka from ma skl in ma yr asked her out n she sed yes so much else happened aswell, all for the worse surprised i didnt beat the shit outta that guy

ok singlepoint need to get better informed staff after cosulting my terms and conditions which says

"the contract my be terminated at any time during the contract period by payment of monthly line rental charge for the outstanding number of months left to run on the contract"

so i phoned them back up to say this and i was told i was mis-informed by "claire" this morning and that i could indeed terminate my contact!!!!!!!!!!!

why can't they train there staff, why oh why!
