go to your phone's internet settings.. in your case, Menu > Settings > Connection > Access points > Create new:
Name: ikaw na ang bahala
APN: http.globe.com.ph
Authentication: Normal
Click More > Advanced settings:
Proxy address: 80.239.242.253
Proxy port: 80
Save!
on the Opera Mini:
Custom HTTP Server: http://twitter.globe.com.ph/
and you're good to go! good luck!

na try ko tong setup na to, talaga bang may kaltas sa load pag may load ka then free sya pag 0 balance na, wala bang setup ang globe na d nakakaltasan ang load ?
