orang3--> Crap, all the hoohah about the cd when all the programs inside could be downloaded from the se website much earlier. The se site is even more updated then the crap cd. What a waste of time and $$$ |

markong ----> they give you the cd and manual is to let you feel it is a value for money when you do the upgrade .... they can also just ask you pay for the upgrade and dont give you any cd or manual .. like malaysia ... hehe

orang3--> Frankly, I wouldn't mind paying just for the upgrade cos the features were well worth it (although i do feel cheated that these features should have been there in the first place ). But the cd and manual were such a hassle and the delay caused so much frustration that i just felt like taking the crap and shoving it up their...
Hey, with the transport fare hike, it isn't fun running here and there, especiall if you knock off at 5 and rush down after work! |

markong-> Both you and orang3 got your own point and it is true. Frankly, this CD is useless. You can't send SMS through Ericsson phone book dl from the CD, and you cannot interchange names from SIM card to phone or vice-versa like the old T39 CD ( Compatible to T68m) able to do. But as orang3 said is also correct, if they don't give you the CD + manual, you also have to accept it at it is. Since we have paid for it, might as well take it.

i don't remember if they includes a cd... but at least you guys got a cd...hehee.
i feel like hanging around in ericsson store to ask those people who wants to buy t68i to just get a t68 and go for an upgrade, instead paying an extra 100++ bucks for the same thing... i still think the t68 grey is a better quality than the new t68i *just my opinion* |

MFB,
I was about to reply to you today also. SE Singapore had noted your question which I have foward to them on Monday. They have replied back to me that they are doing the testing now. Will reply to me asap if they have found a salution. This is what the Engr. had replied to me.
"Hi Tony,
Thank you for your feedback, will reply to you once I have the answer to the T9..
As for the marketing, I'm afraid I will have to leave to the management.
Best Regards "

Though had changed you a brand new HPR 11, but the warranty still based on your first purchased date.
