@Sitnet great job, you covered everything across all networks too, really awesome.
@Profilic that's a really nice site you found.
Nw guys also some great news on my part, just found a better more use friendly app called your-freedom, its way better than the last but we should fiddle around with it, also u can use it with all browsers IE, Firefox and Opera. Here's the link;
www.your-freedom.net/?referer=1573024
We can really go far with this one hopefully it would put us a few steps further in achieving, fast free internet. |

It's a pleasure guys I can remember when I first started figuring out free browsing. All the info was scattered all over Esato in tons of threads so that made it very hard to figure out what is going on. So that is mainly why I made that topic, to put all the info in one simplified and easy to follow thread. And to make your life easier, I don't think there will be so much newbies sending you PM's asking you to explain free browsing
Oh and BTW if anyone has any suggestions for my "Dummies" topic, feel free to inform me and I will add whatever you ask me to.

@Sitnet, u covered practically everything but one aspect, how to use your phone as a modem and browse on your pc for free, I had a few newbies PM for the basics. Still its perfect! Now I'm wondering how to do this LLTD Protocol stuff, I just loaded windows 7 and does it automatically use it? |

Thanks for all the complements Yeah I didn't cover too much on free PC browsing but I did say how to use Opera Mini on the PC and how to download and browse via CGI or PHP proxies on Firefox (PC).
About the LLTD, yes it automatically uses that Protocol. First make sure that your phone settings are set "use phone as modem". Then connect the phone via usb and go to "Network and Sharing center" and then "change adapter settings" (on the left panel). Now check to see if there is a Network Connection associated with your phone. If it there you are ready to go. Use the normal anongoogle or anonlove dot trick and check the speed out. If you have 3G and it is below 50KBPS just restart the download and the speed should be above 100KBPS at least. Depends on network and CGI load to though.
Good luck

If you want to run Windows 7 on your PC, here's what it takes:
*
1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
*
1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
*
16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
*
DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
Direct from MS site. It runs smoothly on my laptop with 1.8 core2due, 2 GIG memory and onboard intel GFX. So it should run nicely on most lower end PC's.

Unfortunately you have to do a clean install. The 32 bit edition is 2.2 GB. You can download it from 4shared. After you have downloaded it, write the ISO file to a DVD with Nero and boot from the disc. Then follow all the prompts. After installation use the RemoveWAT crack (that you can get from Piratebay, it is only like 300Kb).
Then you are ready to go.

@ Sitnet and all. Sitnet you are correct when saying it is a clean instal, but windows 7 puts all your old files in a single folder called windows old, but u have to instal the programs u had on xp to windows 7, it runs much smoother than vista and is much more stable than windows xp. |

As far as I know Vista by default also uses that protocol. But as I said eirlier I am not sure if it is that protocol that makes the downloading so fast. That's just all that I can think of, we need someone more experienced to have a look at it.
And mweaich is right, it does backup all your files, you just have to reinstall all the software.
BTW anningg, are you using the new super trick from hacker? If you are, how is the speed on that "thing", whatever it is?

Windows 7 does not back up the software (as in programs like games), only files like your music and movies etc.
You should get a Vodacom or MTN sim card, speeds much better. I just wish I could also know that huge secret trick but I guess I'll have to wait until hacker decides he wants me to know (if that ever happens).
