I wouldn't buy anything via the payment methods offered and those prices are just not possible if you send him your money you can be sure to kiss it goodbye with no phone coming.
I actually live quite near to the location and will check it out but a Hotmail address for a Buisness and those prices i am 99.99% sure it is a scam.

Nope i just got the one... but i did get a nice "pocket" to keep the phone in 
EDIT: found the second one now, black and a black box.. =)

Does W960i work in the US, i thought there would be problems cause it is only a tri band phone. I was planning to gor the W960 and now considering the w910i for this reason |

available in romania too, price is 2050Ron @ 3,5Ron=1€ that means available at 600€. but is whitout road taxes. the final price will be almost 625-630€ ordered from a site, and is sim free. |
