Right, so its cleared into your paypal account then yes. I'm guessing thats what you mean. But then have YOU transfered it over to your bank account yourself or is it still sitting in Paypal... [addsig]

You're insured for up to £500 aren't you? I'll have to check. I haven't sold anything on ebay, only bought so I don't know how the cover works.

The paypal insurance is when both the seller AND the buyer have confirmed addresses with use by paypal, but is only used (correct me if I'm wrong here) when purchasing of Ebay not for private transactions.

Ive found paypal useless in times of turmoil. You are lucky it wasnt very much money. (does tht make sense) You will just have to file a claim and wait.

On the other hand.....Nooooo start college tomorrow

You could buy a lot of beers with £25! Or bacardi breezers, or whatever

Yeah they are really dodgy when it comes to buyer & seller protection. I mean, I was involved in a scam which led to 500 pounds in my bank account that was stolen (long story, but it wasn't my fault). And by the time I got it back INTO my paypal account, the exchange rates between here & america (where it was stolen) had worsened. So basically, I lost 40 quid of my own money on the bloody exchange rates in giving this guy his money back.

Right now a friend of mine has lost 1100 pounds on a laptop that was never delivered. Which sucks.

If it says completed then surely paypal are at fault?
