Hey,
SE have never in there natural life/existance stated anything which is inside the fone unlike SE Japan.
SE Sweden is totally different from SE Japan, different fones, different press announcements and the more over different strategies. Hence Se Japan is also far more advanced.
So SE would never say it out loud, anything ... as the saying goes "What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas." like-wise with SE what goes on inside the company, stays inside the company.

Hey Guys,
Well there are times when I would be like to be right all the time but then there are times when I hate being wrong. This is one of those times in which I hate being wrong. As I said before with regards to the Image Sensor, now for the actuality of the sensor inside the C905.
"The C905 comes with an Exmor CMOS image sensor and its unique Column-Parallel A/D Conversion Technique and dual noise reduction with even higher sensitivity and lower noise. The development of a image sensor that combine ease-of-use, advanced image quality and cutting-edge pixel miniaturization and with a focal length of 5.91mm."
My appologies for being wrong before ...

Yeah Dude - 7:22am lol - well, Night night lol!
@Micks
Yeah dude, thanks for the update - I was not contesting what you said, rather a tad thrown by the Exmor inclusion - which may I add, is a great idea - and cracking way to boost the C905's imaging reputation.
@Everybody
You know, the C905 is starting look more and more like an improved SO905iCS for SEMC - the shape, the look, the feature set - even the themes mirror those of the Kisekae on the 905iCS!
From Japan with Love, anybody?

This Eldar guy is really gettin' on my nerves. I mean, if you're ill-informed don't post nonsence!
He's still making false statements about C905's camera, even in his latest article:
http://www.mobile-review.com/articles/2008/innov-8mp-en.shtml
"The next round of the arm race begins with the arrival of 8 Mpix CMOS matrixes, where Samsung ends up on top of the heap. It may sound astonishing, but in fact they benefit from every phone sold, since they are the main manufacturer of such camera modules. This way, the Sony Ericsson C905 employs a Samsung-branded matrix, although it’s a pared-down version, however Samsung themselves will be running with more expensive modules for their own solutions."
"In terms of technical specifications, the INNOV8 is way ahead of the C905 and the reasons for that go far beyond its Symbian origins. It packs in a more expensive camera module, offers comparable image quality (let’s take the side of the C905 this one time, although this statement isn’t quite true)..."
PS. Why is he comparing a feature phone to a smart phone?

Is there a possibility that people from SE and Eldar can sort out their differences? |

C905 using Sony EXMOR cmos or Sony icx636 CCD. either the two will do good for C905. and will do bad to eldar's credibility once this has been proven - or it has been proven that C905 uses sony exmor...

why this worries about cmos or ccd. it dosent mather that much, as long the camera produce good pictures (low light, night for example) it dosent mather.
(there are MANY cameras with cmos sensors who take awesome pictures, everything from DSLR to digi cams)
this new cmos is not crap you know. (Canon EOS series for example use cmos (even some of their ultra compact use cmos), and they beats nearlly all cameras in the world)

Well i've played with the phone the other day and i was really impresed about the camera functionality.The pictures are the best i ever seen on the current market(maybe except i-mobile),and remember i own an N82,K850,G600 etc and its much better in giving details than all of them .....it just makes you wanna zoom the picture to see the objects bigger , i love the way pictures look in there actual size..In my opinion Eldar should Shut the F.... and remeber that the INNOv8 is having a normal flash so is like crap during the night, i wouldn't pay that much money for a 8 megapixel phone that if doesen't even have xenon no matter how smart it is
For those who believe no explanation is necessary, For those who don't none will suffice |
