it says there's a problem in gprs connection if you upgrade to r6a. How long will it take for Smart to solve this problem? Do you still recommend upgrading to r6a?
i have the very old r2b and plans to upgrade this wed.

are you still upgrading to r5d? i don't want to upgrade to r6a because of many problems. SESS stopped upgarding to r6a

hi! we do have the mineral gray faceplate n t68i keypads....BUT, the keypads we have in stock has chinese characters...in addtion to the regular #s

because of my experience, yes. i was there and i told them. it was specific to smart, and since has been fixed.
R6A012 is ok on my phone, and my officemate's phone which was upgraded at SESS.
