@moz, badminton court is near the Officers Club. Lapit din sa Tennis court. I start playing around 8am kung kasama ko yung mga regular playmates ko.

Dudes,
Here are the requirements/steps to register a non-stock, non-profit org:
1. Reserve name of company w/ SEC - P20.00
2. Secure a copy of SEC non-stock form - P500.00
3. Fill in the blanks (Name of company, list of members, etc.)
4. Open a bank account under the reserved name (min. deposit P50k)..pwede daw isoli sa mga nag pitch-in to raise the P50k after company is registered:D. Check will be issued by treasurer.
5. Submit form. Processing fee = P550.00
6. Ok after 2 days if express.
O, yan na.....
Then the next step would be to file for tax exemption sa BIR as a non-profit org...
BTW, re arnoldc's post: who will prepare letter to Smart for sponsorship?

there is no threading feature in the forum that would allow you to see the direct replies to your post. you have to monitor the suceeding replies, and see if anyone answered - like this one.
using the "@" sign to address a particular part of the post to someone here is the common practice. while "@*" means the message is addressed to everyone.
well, there's definitely a hot EB coming up soon. So keep on checking this thread. |
