it's the same old Z. it's just typical americans being late to the game.
Typical Americans also get The Nexus phones first, if they are even available at all outside the US. They also get Lumia flagship phones first, Motorola phones first, iPhone first, and selectively many other flagship phones from other phonemakers.
Sony doesn't prioritize the American market because they are small and afraid to compete with Samsung or Apple. That is their problem. They have no issue with pushing the PS4 or Sony Bravia TVs or any other products in segments where they have a strong presence.
T-mobile just recently implemented their contract-free strategy, which means there will be no contracts and no need to subsidize phones. That's why Sony is jumping in with the Xperia Z on T-mobile right now and not earlier. Later releases should be much quicker without the restrictions of negotiating carrier deals and on-contract pricing. Xperia Z has been available on the Amazon store for a while now unlocked. As long as this is the first option available, people in the states won't have to wait much. |

It's not that Sony is small and afraid, it's that they don't yet have the power to prevent themselves from being pushed around by the American carriers. Take the Ion for example of this - while the rest of the world had ICS on it, the AT&T version had its ICS release delayed by months and Sony got all the flack for it. There's also the whole matter of carrier branding and carrier bloatware. Sony doesn't want that and they needed to grow their mobile presence and demand to a place where American carriers want their products are are willing to put aside their usual BS. Kaz outlined this to The Verge at CES 2013:

Their goal is to fortify their position in Japan, the rest of Asia and Europe, and then focus on North America. IMO Z and ZL were not meant as devices to show "the best of Sony", but were simply meant to help Sony get more marketshare and draw some attention to them before other major players got their phones out. That plan worked pretty decently as a LOT of people took notice of Sonys phones and it gave them some breathing room before the launch of Honami and Togari. |

-make the NXT lines around the speakers more transparen

About the flash you will find two flash lights at the top right, on the right of the top speaker
The front on the other hand as if you see the ZL upside down the front camera is on the top left corner
If you see it from front as if you are seeing the XPERIA - ZL with all every details except 2 differences
-The bottom flash light is no longer exist
-The front camera is mover from the bottom right to the top left
The speakers are front and rear, top and bottom and yes there is not light as ZL but there are a transparent line that can able to light
I see no cover

Guess just mean the general Design, not including the huge camera on the back, right? The Cameron on the render is quite massive.

Well, barring any early leaks I suppose we have a couple of days to wait until the new product releases. So we've got Sony with an apparently strong phone lineup on the horizon, a very stylish tablet on the market now (and maybe a more powerful variant early next year) and the new smartwatch about to be unveiled. So... what's next?
I mean we know there's room to expand with Android - Samsung has begun to do it with their cameras so I wonder if Sony will do it too. There's also the dual boot aspect of running Windows and Android... I do hope we see this option from Sony sooner rather than later. We know Sony is opening up other OS options with Firefox OS. They of course have Playstation OS (of which Vita OS is part of) kicking around but who knows if that'll ever make it onto newer mobile products.
Kaz has been pushing for integration between Sonys various divisions and we're starting to see a bit of that, but when you think about such a change in a company like Sony you have to think there's a LOT more coming. So any info or guesses on what's next? We know Sony has patents for their own Google Glass-like device that look more like traditional glasses, but that's all we know about that. So if anyone has any interesting tidbits, go ahead and please share

my mistake then... where in east asia? .. from my understanding of timezones .. most everyone in the world should be starting or still be within june 24th.. it's in the evening of the 24th in the most eastern part of asia i thought.. *shrug*
