as the title implies, a coordinator is the one in charge of coordinating for any activity for an EB, including locating a venue, making announcements/invitations at ikaw din yung kakausap doon sa mga naka SE phone na umaaligid sa EB. hehehe
can this be done with such short notice? we're hoping to make EBv4 as the Laffen EB. check previous post for his ETA/ETD

mr mozilla sir! i would greatly appreciate to talk to you once in a while so i can schedule my bussiness trips to japan. i really would like to attend the eb. unfortunately they have extended me till the 20th of august. and i am getting the feeling the this would be the first of a series of extensions.
but promise i will be there on september. till the 2nd week i can promise that.

@moz, you play too? hmm.. baka isa ka ring ex-varsity player ha (tulad nung isa dyan!)
i usually play saturday mornings at cp aguinaldo, QC.
hanep ang timeline presentation, pro na pro ang dating! here are my comments/questions:
Logo Contest
- i think the duration for the logo making contest is too short, UNLESS we are limiting ourselves to submission by current ESATO/PCC regulars.
- can we ask laffen to make a special poll open to everyone (non-pinoys too) to vote on the logos?
- images can be hosted by some site ("you know where?" kaya?), and we can start a thread devoted to viewing the embedded image submitted by a particular user.
-this can also become our Welcome EB for Olav(Laffen)/Kari?
Mall Tour
- can be done as late as 3rd week of September (Olav/Kari leaves on the 22nd)
- we could set a particular venue/date as the Despedida EB too.
