last night my s4 is updated with some 128mb update and now it's keep restarting in a loop and device status show your device is modified can't update ?????????????????? |

That's very odd. What is the Build Number?
I'd suggest you try reinstall the update with Samsung Kies, a hard reset or take it in and explain the issue to them.

Sorry mate, I'd say either give it a Hard Reset or just take it in to a Samsung Smart Care center, if there are any in your area. I've never had my GS4 restart on its own, and I'm on MK9 FW.
Can't wait to own this beast when it finally arrives  if I can, I may just get it on launch day as I did the GS4
