g900 is available here in DR and sim free from ~380 euros. is that price ok?

This is my first smartphone and I never thought it would be so slow. For example, when I press "NEW SMS" it takes about 4-5 seconds to do it while that "busy" icon shows up.
Is there any way to make the texting open up faster? Any programs? I already have Tweak Peaks installed but it didn't really do anything for launching programs and SMS. Transitions were already off. |

hey really need your help.
i just got this phone but the contacts are coming up the wrong way round like, the surname first which is really anoying?
also i can get connected to the wifi connect, but how i get the browser to open and connect to the internet using the wifi rather than the mobile operators network.
please help me.

For the contacts: More -> Settings (you have to scroll down to see this) -> Sort by. Then choose.  |
