Every time I speak, smile, etc. My lips go craaack! I have tried applying petroleum jelly, chapstick and drinking lots of water but my lips remain dry.  |

I had the same problem before. The problem for me was vitamin deficiency. After I started taking a multivitamin tablet, my lips healed up after a few days.

On april 8th, around 1 AM, happened the worst tragedy in Dominican Republic in a long, long time. The roof of the Jet Set Club collapsed.
As of now there are 113 casualties. Someone told there were more than 800 inside the club at that time. Many escaped but, some have been found alive. Rubby Perez, who was performing that night, perished. He was very famous. Politicians, bankers, ex-baseball players are in the casualties.
President's declared 3 days of mourning because of this. This has been devastating for us. Unprecedented.

231 casualties now.
Also, a friend died earlier this morning. April has been really hard.
