By the way Wangs, hold out for the P1i or even better, think about the new Nokia E90 in black. They should be released more or less around the same time. Now thats a hard choice to make. For me personally,I could go either way.

No E90 for me, boet.

It's waaay too big for my liking and I really enjoy the stylus input that UIQ provides; particularly as I also enjoy sketching/doodling/designing etc.

I also predict a notable price difference between the two; perhaps not initially but certainly a few months after they are commercially available.
I'll hold out for the P1i.

Speaking of a chilly Jhb, my brother-in-law sent me this pic yesterday...

Regarding the strike, Hobbs, i'll be joining several colleagues in taking a stroll from the Bhisho Stadium to the Provincial Legislature tomorrow to express our disagreement with the current state of affairs.

Ya he might've not fealt anything if he was dressed in enough layers of clothing to be comfortable in a Siberian gulag.. LOL, unless there is indeed some serious cyborg thermo-conducting elements in... The Falcon.

Anyone seen that Chinese P990 clone? Checked over on the Nigerian thread and there are people who actually sell these pieces of junk to unsuspecting consumers in Africa's most populous nation.

Thought I'd post another pic:

This one was taken at Mzoli's, a popular haunt in Gugulethu/

This how people get down on the weekends in townships like Gugs and Langa.
When you get back to SA you should check out a show on SABC1 where kids compete against one another to see who can come up with the most ridiculous.
