use daemon tools to mount the image on a virtual drive (daemon makes this) then in nero you do a cd copy from the virtual drive to the cd/dvd drive, and voila

I always thought a .bin file had to be accompanied by a .cue file?
I mainly use a programe called alcohol 52%, you can get a 30 day trial form there website http://www.alcohol-soft.com/ or of course we all know other ways of getting it. This just mounts it virtually, its saved me a hell of a lot o cdr's and stuff.
Win Vista is pretty nice, few problems with my sound card i belive it is the nforce4 drivers tho :-/

DJ thats what i thought, i had microsoft office which came to around 120 rar files so i extracted them and it came up with a folder and there was only a .bin file but no cue file

bin and cue file are the ending for image files.. THat means if you right click on the bin fil (or the cue fil) and choose to open the file with nero than it burns the image to a cd

Hmm it won't work, and i need office for my mummy 
I extracted the rar files and got a folder containing a bin file
So i go into nero and select to burn it as an image and it burns to disc
But it just appears as .bin file on the disc instead of loading the application installer
No cue file anywere
