does the brown cert enable you to read files in A2 uploader ?

Absolutely 
I think its worth to pay 14 euros for get brown
But when you get brown, your phone will NOT WORK with SEUS anymore.

And it free change to red.
But ìm sure when you get brown, you never want to make it red again.
I see this phone will become a great modded phone, now patch available, supermode camdriver (i hope raider make it), elf (just wait for official release).

No. Last time i reflash my phone with a2uploader and using red firmware, but it still brown now.

Is there some way to extract or edit sysgfx files that go into tpa/preset/system/icon is it possible to extract icons from it?

i'm using modded IC..i have useless acoustics...  excellent camera driver...+ some various stuff |

i've got modded W995 acoustics, amazing surround-sound through earphones but almost muted volume through speaker, so i use it as an iPod, or i use W902 originals instead
and i have light effects that waste my battery power, but they look good

lol about the light effects yeah it's noto the problem with the sound through headphones...but through loudspeaker all the acoustics sound miserable...  |
