@ HOBBS,
Nay boet.. I've never owned any Communicator-series Nokia; too much of a brick, even for me. I've owned lotsa phones in the past, but never one of these Blokia behemoths.
If Gucci ever dabbled in The Dark Side of phones, methinks he'd be in his element with the Communicator range.
I certainly have an appreciation for the potential of Communicators, but I don't fancy slinging one around with me...they'd make good hair straighteners...
The new E90 looks so much better, has a decent processor 330 Mhz processor, decent 3.2mp cam, HSDPA and runs on Series 60, which has to be an advantage over the old Communicator platforms, due to the far greater applications and support for S60.
Still very big though, 132mmx57mm...

It becomes increasingly solid/opaque as you near the 50-post mark.

Make more posts in other threads...your posts in the Regional and Mobile Free forums don't count towards your post count.

@mario: Wish I was up there with you to witness what seems like a magical moment.

The first batches of sim-free K810i arrived in the UK this week. Some independent retailers like www.mphone.co.uk now have them for sale online and in store.

We've had another stunning day here today.
Taken early this evening with the N73, in the local park down the road:

I'm unfortunately not the most informed when it comes to headphones, purely because I have no need of them. There's bound to be many bril top-brand/after-market ones that the 3.5mm audio jack adapter will allow...I'm sure some of the other guys around here could shed some more light..

@ Jojo: It was taken at 7:20pm. That's what I dig about the UK summers: late sunsets and (usually)nice weather. (as opposed to the winters...!) I'd agree that that N73 pic isn't the sharpest though. Would love to do a pic-taking comparison with the N73 and N95..

So I got my sis the W880, Im little disapointed with it, the sound quality of the phone sucks!! very high pitched cheap sounding and just deafens you to a point where you cant even hear whats playing!!! Even with the headsets it has hissing in the background! The camera as we know is not good, theres no radio. Bad phone IMO and just that it iratates me that I finally got her to change to and now she doesnt even want the phone...

They "Chucked" the match??

On cricket jokes....

Dear Dr. Ruth,

I am a crack dealer in KEMPTON PARK, GAUTENG who has recently been diagnosed as a carrier of HIV virus. My parents live in Hillbrow and one of my sisters, who lives in Benoni, is married to a transvestite.

My father and mother have recently been arrested for growing and selling marijuana. They are financially dependent on my other two sisters, who are prostitutes in Brakpan. I have two brothers; one is currently serving a non-parole life sentence at Leeukop Central Prison for the murder of a teenage boy in 1994. My other brother is currently in jail awaiting charges of sexual misconduct with his three children.

I have recently become engaged to marry a former prostitute who lives in Yeoville. She is now a part time "working girl ". All things considered, my problem is this. I love my fiancé and look forward to bringing her into the family. I certainly want to be totally open and honest with her . Should I tell her about my cousin Graham Smith the SA Cricket Captain?

Signed,
Worried About My Reputation
