There seems to be alot of noise within the blue on the plastic bottle but the text on the map seems to be good..
I always find if I want to take a clear macro of text I always use fine, night mode, macro and use the light.. When I use the night mode the noise seems to be less but it takes longer for the camera to adjust.

Our camera's without any nitemode will give out noise,it is juz the amount that is given out by different drivers...as for my ver5.6,the "play" bottle is taken with ONLY macromode and ample room light,i want to show the raw look without any nitemode....no other special function....it would be definately even better if i would on the nitemode as it will give much more lesser noise and if i add the led light,it would be even perfect to even find out that it is taken by a camera phone...
So i will try to take a picture of the play bottle again with macro/nitemode/light.... |

Okay, e_erzan, you are trying to make me feel bad about myself. Just post your version of 5.6a. This photo is unbelievably GORGEOUS!!! I know I can't shoot any picture half as nice as yours. But let me blame it on the driver then .
BTW, I think many of the pictures taken concentrate on the macro and closeups. What about long-distance shots? Or non-macro shots? Are they as good as the macro photos? |

WOW! The red and yellow colours on the flower seem so vibrant!
With most of the previous drivers Ive used the camera never seems to pick up the true red colour, but your 5.6a one seems to work very well, especially as a raw
Man I dont know how you guess do all this, editing the drivers, keep switching to new ones and back, taking a test picture, going back :S:S sooo long.. [why cant things be simple!]
