For those with Wotan's R1ED, have you experienced any alarms set not going off? I've had that occasionally with my K790i R1CC003.

Added: What about general earpiece volume?

for those on the new firmware, in the main file manager screen can you now use the keypad to access the various folders like in earlier models or do you still have to use the joystick? thanks.

You should start. Many of your posts tend to be of the whiny nature.

How could anybody wrote this who read mobile phone forums so frequently, and post more than 500 ? )

Did you see my activation date? There are many here that have joined Esato and have many more posts than me.

Why do you read this forum? Don't interested in bugs? New Firmwares? You don't upgrade your phone when a new fw is available?

I read this thread to see when new software is available. No, I am not interested in bugs as I can not fix them and they usually do not greatly affect the operation of the phone. Yes I upgrade my phone with f/w is available. I either use SEUS or WOTAN. I do not complain, cry or whine when SE does not release new f/w like many here.

@Cupidon

1. Why would you want your ears to hurt?
2. Why is this a bug? Did you ever consider the fact that maybe SE did this for the very same reason that people such as you turn up the volume to where your ears hurt. Then you will be the first in line to say that SE is making a defective product that is dangerous. Were you part of the iPod lawsuit that blamed Apple for having the volume on iPods too loud?

Too bad some people need help in determining how loud to set their music.

Have you read my posts? You mistake me for somebody else....

I've never asked when the firmware will be available as much as i've so not interested that I did not upgrade my phone via WOTAN not like you...
If there is no new features in the new firmwares so why do you upgrade?
Because of BUGS perhaps?

Every one of your posts in this topic is about pissing peoples. Somebody finding bugs in another people somebody in his phone....

Let's close this issue..

I am very sure you didn`t understand idea of my post(maybe you didn`t want to or you can`t): K800`s volume is too slow!!!!!!!!!!!!.I prefer to put the volume down if is too loud but at the K800 volume is more under k750 and doesn`t have bass.I was refering to that volume that makes you feel like listening home with a good 5.1 sistem.Maybe you don`t have this passion for listening music and probably you dindn`t have k750,w800 or w810 to know what I`m talking about. I was especting(and wanted) K800`s sound to be at least as the k750 this is the idea.I see You are very agressive not only to me. Please read the whole post and try understanding it and don`t search for words and reasons to arque whith all.
And finally if this for you is not a bug for me and many more it is.(a major one).

@sapporobaby,

every one has a right to complain. They spend this money and find that it has some problems, things theyd like to see fixed. I dont see why you keep abusing people when they do as you say, 'whyne' or wing. Again they have a right to.

Until they are satasified, they will keep doing so, and until the bugs are fixed, people will always be pointing them out.

remember every one has different needs and wants, of course some cant be met, but you have no right to abuse people

please keep this thread on topic

I have 2 x B&W 800D's driven by 2 x Classe' M400 Monoblocs and a CP500 preamp, so I would say that I have a great appreciation for music. My point and only point about the volume of the k800i is that maybe SE decided to lover the total output volume as a preemption to frivolous lawsuits like those that have hit Apple and the iPod. This makes perfect sense in a world were people seem to need hand in hand guidance in operating their devices.

I have had, a w800i, w810i, currently have a k800i, and an m600i. I change phones every 3 to 6 months if I see something I like. I did skip the k750i as I did not like it.

As for arguing with all, I think you should go back to the second post and read forward. I could see it if people made an issue once twice, three time but this thread has gone off track and is a dumping group for people with a grip about SE not delivering software updates on time, or bug reports about things that are not bugs, people that seem to do nothing but spend their waking days looking for bugs. At the end of the day, it is a phone, a phone, a phone that happens to play different types of media.

Do not take it personally.

Just got the phone back from CarphoneWarehouse after bluetooth and crackling problems as indicated in my k800i problems thread.
They have reflashed it with firmware R1ED001.
Hopefully i won't get the same problems again.

I had it a few times with my K800 on the old firmware but everything has been fine since upgrading.

The new firmware is released to servicepoints, and will be available on SEUS later this week, or beginning of next week.
