Has anyone set-up their wi-fi enabled phones to access hotspots? Played with my friends K-Jam last night, he's on Virgin Mobile so no 3G. Accessed the communications menu on the phone but it seems like rocket science to connect to a WLAN...The phone detected three networks, one secured and two unsecured, which I thought were free or are they.

@ Gucci,
Dang, you like your big phones, don'tcha?
I'm sure 786KBR would be able to shed more light on N93i availability if he reads this tomorrow morning.
They are available here in the UK sim-free, but the networks don't seem to be really bothering with them; the N95 is also cheaper sim-free than the N93i, by 50-odd (approx R700).

I guess the Aussies are still in a semi-state of Euphoria...:

We've been having such warm Spring weather that the poor deciduous plants must be a bit confused and are blooming pretty early this year...looks like we're in for another record Summer here...

Taken in part of the rear garden this afternoon, with the N73:

Me, from picking my nose...!
LOL, seriously though, the former owners of our house (we bought it just under a year ago) did such a fantastic job that I felt kinda obliged to maintain it to the high standard that they did, even though I know pretty much sweet FA about gardening. (It's a miracle I haven't killed the house plants by now either...)

I'm really trying to learn about the upkeep of the variety of flora around the place.
It's all trial n' error in The Gardens of Wanqadom over this past year...I've already accidentally uprooted bluebells, thinking they were weeds...

I guess it must look a bit weird being on hands and knees with gardening tools, while wearing a Rammstein t-shirt and listening to nu-metal mp3's...
Perhaps not quite your average dithering (and withering) fuddy-duddy with floppy garden hat, methinks.
It's been quite therapeutic too, except when trying to uproot fuggin wild brambles...

@Falcon: If that's true then I'm throwing my phone from my balcony in the hopes of getting a new device- they don't call them phones no more.

Yo yo yo!!!That's absolutely one lucky Fella out there. It's amazing what some ppl can do out of anger, some throw dishes against the wall, with some, smash whatever they can get their hands on.
@Falcon,next time your friend is angry, take my advise, stay away from him untill he is calm.He will throw you against the wall too!

My P900 turned 3 years old on Saturday, and it's still going strong. What a reliable, hard-working smartphone it has been.
I enjoy the N73 too, but as I've mentioned many times before, UIQ remains the platform for me. No question.
Maybe the P700 would finally take over from my P900. Until then, the P900 will still be used daily in Wanqa's World.
