me too.
Iīve made a small trip to london in business and I found time to take some pictures (250). My results after several tries:
- Indoor flash shots or close flash shots: too bright and yellowish tones
- RER mandatory flash: whatever I do (change the EV, etc) the output is... a white image (unless the environment is extremely dark)
- General photos: yellowish tones and too saturated
- 432 video mode: works great "per se" but compression completely kills the quality
- Manual Shutter mode: on mine it doesnīt work well...
- On high contrast areas: on pictures with a darker building with lighter sky / street lights it overexposes
- HDR mode: colours are extremely exagerated and oversaturated IMO.
In general:
- v7.0 (and 6.5 somewhat too) seems to shot yellowish and overexposed (+0.3/0.7) pictures
- HDR oversaturates to a point I canīt use it
- RER mandatory flash doesnīt work well for me (all pictures are white), perhaps itīs my fault, I donīt know...
- "HD video mode" compression makes movies useless IMO. It needed at least 2x more bitrate...
With all respect for your work of course! I love it! Just trying to contribute for an even better 7.x driver
PS: Iīll try to add samples later after dinner

Exactly what rmcrys said..
The oversaturation and the forced flash are what bothers me the most.
I mean, it is useless in daylight, but daylight is the conditions I need it in. |

example
dm3.8++ by thanhcong_to
CBE 7.0
dm3.8++ by thanhcong_to
CBE 7.0
CBE 7.0 have more definition but have too much yellow
sorry for my English I hope you understand

Here it are some of those samples I talked about.
- On auto mode + auto flash pictures are completely yellow and most times overexposed (couldnīt put pictures of it to protect identity)
- the driver overexposes some parts of the image even if the sky was cloudy and it was around 6-7pm (London). Even when 90% of the picture is darker with a little brighter corner (sky or street lights) the picture seems to be clipping detail (too much contrast and saturation?). Generally on phones (low dynamic range sensors) we cannot apply too much contrast/saturation or bright gets too bright and darker tones get dark with detail loss, not to mention more visible noise
- I had photos that even applying -0.7 EV the picture got darker but the sky/street lights too bright so I believe itīs a too high contrast problem?
- On videos at 400 or 432 pixels width I had the same issue: (extremely) low bitrate spoils the result, perhaps due a bad/horrible video codec, I donīt know. I like to have the 432 pixel video but if possible please increase the bitrate as much as you can.

Hello everyone
Thanks to all for providing useful feedback, the bugs reported will be corrected soon
New version under development and almost complete
---
About the "yellow shade", i observed that this pattern gives more vibrant and real colours, e.g. try red and other shades with CX, they are more accurate
Original drivers and DM have more blue, CX has some yellow.
However i shall reduce the yellow tone upon your request

I advice you to be careful loading/saving the language file because sometimes it doesnīt overwrite the file properly:
1) access C905 file system
2) copy the original language file to a backup folder
3) copy that file to a "work folder"
4) DELETE the language file from the phone and shutdown the filesystem on the program
5) DO NOT TURN ON THE PHONE!
6) access C905 file system
7) copy *the modified file* to C905īs filesystem
shutdown the filesystem on the program
Thatīs it
