successful bluejack last night in a club, i saw this lad pull out a blokia so i did a search on the sly and BLINK BLINK got him, i sent hello there nice black and white top shame about your phone, me and my mates giggled for a bit then i sent him the pictue "nokia just say no" and shortly after the "sony ericsson" logo. The only problem was his mate saw me and said huh how did you do that so i walked over and chatted to him for a while he didnt even know you can do this all he knew was his phone had bluetooth (duh). Anyway he was a sound lad we exchanged pics for a bit while we was havin a drink then we went on our way to get battered ! |

how did you manage to send such a long message? The most I can enter is 30 characters contact name? I wanted to send a longer message last night but had to abbreviate.

there are 3 ways really
1: you can have more fields in the contact window by going to options and then contact info.
2: make a note and then print it to the phone you want to bluejack.
3: write a sms and then save it to unsent messages then print it to the phone you want to bluejack.
hope that helps you mate

Great! thanks. just some observations from testing with my T68i and T610
1: you can have more fields in the contact window by going to options and then contact info.
When you send the contact to the person only the name field appears on their display asking them to acceptso filling in the other fields is useless as I am sure most people reject the incoming card/contact.
2: make a note and then print it to the phone you want to bluejack.
the receiving phone just has a message saying add note, again most probably they will just reject.
3: write a sms and then save it to unsent messages then print it to the phone you want to bluejack.
When sending from the T68i to T610 I get "connection failed. Please retry" every time
Interestingly the T610 doesn't have this print option.

I had today Bluetooth Jacking Fun total with my friends. I was with friends in a very big beergarden in Munich. Greath weather and more than 1000 people are there. we went lining those up table along and have searched for BT devices and found lot of them. a few people we saw, which made thereafter also the same as we.
This was very funny! |

my little summary/conclusion after been an active jacker for so long:
There are 2 types of nokia users - the Stupid and the Ignorant!!
Bear with me......the Stupids are the ones that buy noks just coz they come with tons of interchangeable covers. These folks haf hear bout BT but haf never used or played with it (well, at least until we jackers came along anyway ). Why? Pls see category they are in!!
The second category wud be Ignorant....these are worst!!! they dun even know what BT is and hafn't the foggiest idea that their nok is enabled!!!!!!!!!
With the release of multiple BT models, nok users having a phone is on the increase....and it's now harder to actually successful a nok user simply becoz the Stupids are now 'hiding' or 'turning' off the BT function of the phone (why leave it on if u dun use them - sensible). Ignorant on the other hand, needs to get educated and hence, by default, due to IGNORANce, will haf turned on. If they are fortunate, they get whacked a coupla times *for free i might add* by wielding folks like us and get educated. They then graduate to the rank of Stupid and hence, are dropped of the Ignorant list....meaning one less soul for us to successfully.
In the start, i've been getting tons of 3650.....this number has dwindled dramatically as Ignorant is slowly graduating......i'll bet due to the good efforts of many others like me *alwiz on the prowl with a trusty phone and sweeping the area frequently*
"Education Comes at a Price" obviously......the malaysian soil used to be more fertile.....
@guys: glad to hear that efforts are still up elsewhere and u ppl are having fun *which is the most important part*...cheers mates!!!!

Anyone use LINUX? There is an app out there called, \"redfang\", which will brute force access onto any Bluetooth device, visable or not! Google the name. For you who entertain Blue Jackin as a fantasy, your in for a jolt! Seeing SE is going to replace Symbian with open source Linux apps & OS's in the near future, fun fun fun is a coming!

@ shithappens In Newcastle the vast majority of phone fall into a 3rd category of Sukia user - the LUDDITES! They have Sukia phones that cost the same as my T610 but can only do half as much (no bluetooth for a start) and look like sh!te to go with it.

actually what is the use of t68i's bluetooth ON function? because it's not discoverable in ON mode... i think it has use only for the paired devices, or am i wrong?
some days ago i bought a bt dongle for my PC. i searched for my t68i (i have gprs internet access), but i found a 3650 then i searched with my phone, and i found it again, and i tried to send my business card to it but i think it couldn't connect. i wanted him to send his business card to me, so i would know which neighbour of mine is him but he turned his BT off i didn't even sent any offensive things. |

@whave:
yes the bluetooth function is only for paired devices unfortunatly, my mate has a t68i and i set it on permanantly but i couldnt find him on my radar so i paired him and bingo got him right away. it would be better if you could whack bluetooth on forever on t68i (i think so anyway) because what if u find a nice lass on the radar and sending messages to each other and keep having to put bluetooth on every 3 mins |
