At long last somebody took flash photos with K790/K800. Thanks! Anyhow your two flash photos seem to have problem; there was little contrast in the center for the autofocus to "bite" and make them sharper. So, woud you kindly take some more, and rather not in total darkness.
I could read from Exif data that K790 uses exposure time 1/10s and ISO sensitivity 400 while K750 with MXE-60 flash unit takes 1/15s and ISO 200. Higher ISO means more noise, on the other hand neccessary to rise the performance of such a weak flash as K790 seems to have.
I wonder if MXE-60 can be mounted on K790/K800. What kind of photos that combo would give...? Anyone? |

@Mark_Q - I doubt that you'll be able to mount the flash on the K790/K800. It's sort of like trying to attach the CommuniCam for the T68i to a T610 - won't work (I tried since the ComuniCam has better resolution - 640x480).
I never really paid much attention to the shutter speed of the pics taken with the MXE-60 attached, but I just did a few and confirmed what you just said - ISO200 and shutter 1/15. Quality looked rather dreadful, but maybe I was expecting too much. I sure hope that the flash quality out of the K800/K790 will be better. |

What is the speaker like compared to the K750i?
On the K750i you can move shortcuts up and down the list,on the K800i can you do the same with contacts, playlists and WAP bookmarks or is it just the same as the K750? |

does it include hpm-70 in the kit....
is the sound quality any different from k750i\\w800i..really hope so..
just hope that if not equal the sounds at least somewhere close to the w550i...

Hey Guys ...
Howz it hangin ... well as far as the media player goes ... it is nowhere near the K750i media player as it is way way better.
With The K800i as K790i ain't my speciality but will encompasse most of the stuff of the K800i as K790i is referred to the junior ver. of K800i.
Anyways, back to the media player which is a Windows Media Player + Real Player + walkman player (Version of W800i) all in one to play your files and video's so no more converting stuff so that your phone can play them, ... just transfer it and that's all, and watch'em.
As well you have stereo widening just the same as in w550i so you have loud sound to go with, ... unlike the others. So the K800i is loud.
As for the head phones it's the same as the K750i whichever it came with and as for themes well it will do about anything, as you have macromedia flash as with gif animations, so you can create your own themes.
Cheers ... |

@ micks...
the 'final' k800/k790's come with hpm-70 walkman headphones, not the k750 ones.

because basically every phone review site that have used the phones and accessories etc and practically all info on the k800/k790 says so... plus if you look back through this long thread you'll find other proof that it does.
