Well im just finding it hard to understand how it works, i have pictures on my harddrive that i want to import into iphoto but im not sure how, do i create a album, folder, smart album? and will they still stay on my harddrive or will they be moved into iphoto ad deleted from the harddrive? |

create is all in file>
and it keep images on your HDD.....
so will will need to delete if you want to..

Here is another one, my macbook pro is always on charge with the battery in, is that bad? should i take the battery out if im going to leave the charer pluged in? |

i don't know what battery it is but I guess it's a li-ion or something so won't make a blind bit of difference but I'll let jools confirm that!

GRR i am so annoyed, paid over £1k for my iMac and because i got it before 1st October, only just mind you, i have to pay £85 for leopard. I'm sure the time period was much longer when they upgraded from panther to tiger.

atm I'd say no super..
but over time new apps will only be leopard only etc etc...
although atm lots of apps you current;y have won't work on leopard..
swings and roundabouts!

Ooooo really, like what if i can't use unison i'll die, and MS office, PS etc etc they better work too. Theres loads of elements i like about it and some i don't but i'll definately get it. Would it be possibe to partition it and have half leopard and half tiger or am i being lame?

Hahaha well you can have windows and mac so why not older mac and newer mac, then your safe with the apps that don't work in leopard. My tv shows and music best be safe as i have no external HD, maybe time to invest.
