latest is R4A008.... you'll not get support for ems and mms... |

T39mc supports chinese characters, other than that, I really don't know... haven't looked any closer on a T39mc.... check  website |

Hi greeneye! I'm a newbie here. Where did you get to upgrade your T39m software to R4A? Did you pay for that?

Hello Folks, I have bought a T39 in april. After having an IrDa issue, sonyericsson decided to cross shipping a new one. With R4A008 version installed, no problems so far...quite happy with it. So I think that is the most recent sw version for T39m.

R4A008 is the latest... .and last sw for T39m/mc....
no new sw will be released for T39m/mc and R520m/mc |

I just had my T39m upgraded to R4A European version (from Smartnet). What's new with this version?
Well, the SW fixed the font size inconsistency (e.g. removed the Chinese font). But other than that, there seem to be no other changes... 
I'm still having the same problems when I 'reply.. include this message' and when I forward SMS messages. The original message doesn't get included and texting gets disabled. This happens everytime after receiving several messages.. The only resort I have is to turn the power off then on.. 
Has any T39m user encountered this?? Please let me know..
