So as far as we know:-
Sim free - able to update
Orange - able to update
O2 - unable to update(for now)
t-mobile - ???????????
Vodaphone - unable to update
Is this right?
(and we still dont know if this online update is gonna stay?)

Is that upgrade 100% harmless for the phone? I mean, can you harm your phone if you install software bad? One more thing: I bought P900, and I got Sync Station with it, but when I put k700 on it, it doesn't reconize it. Shoud I buy Sync Station for K700, or is there another solution? Thanx

You should be able to use the same sync station, have you downloaded to k700 driver's for it.

the online update for Z1010 is not available... probably wanna make sure the update service server doesn't get overloaded again as it was the last time when update service for K700 and Z1010 was available. So in the mean time you'll have to visit a servicepoint

but am not sure (to be honest i cant remember were i got them from)
Also just a thought, you may all ready have the correct drivers but can only use the p900 or k700 not both.
Dont know myself cos i dont have a p900 nor have i got round to using my dss-25 yet

So it looks like the unlucky one's are people on o2 (thats me ) and voda for now?

I didn't ask right: I own DSS-25, and my computer only reconize my P900. When I put K700 it just say 'connecting' and it does nothing. Are there drivers for K700, or something is wrong with my desk standing? I have Sinc Station, but it won't start, coz it doesn't see that phone is connected.

Yeah, I hope O2/SE sort this out soon... and the Vodafone problem too. I sent O2 an email asking for any new info as to when it might be available but they have yet to reply. If they tell me anything useful i'll post it here obviously  |
