In fact am I allowed to ressurect an old thread?
But I didn't want to start a new one as long as this was
wasn't locked.....
What's the operating system?

Yep, got the Ngage now, and have been using it for the last few weeks! It has Symbian OS on it, version 6.1 I think. It will do pretty much anything that the more expensive Symbian Nokia phones like the 3660, et al can do, except of course take pictures!

Surprisingly pleased with it, although the 'side talking' is a bit uncomfortable and you look a right tit speaking sideways into a phone!

I'm not sure to be honest, you'd probably need a data cable or something though.

Unfortunately it didn't come with a manual, so I can't look these things up!

nOTHIG! :-D bUT, i'm getting a new phone with my pc. Haven't yet decided which to buy. Most likely will be a S60 nokia though. :-(

I have an N-Gage Qd it definately will use GPRS and according to my manual will connect with a PC, so you should be able to connect to the web witha laptop.

THat's exactly what I think, the QD, is a real smartphone and since trying it out I've had hours of amusement with the games too...
wonders never cease...
