If you read my earlier instructions, you will see that you need to install Sony Ericsson's version of J2ME and NOT Sun's version. There is a difference in the two. You do not need Java 2 Enterprise Edition (that is the incorrect installation). You will have to download the J2ME SDK from Sony Ericsson's website.

I have this version of SE BUT this version need other aplication-java sun! I have both aplications and i test now work at Win2k(before win XP) wiht Enterprise and standart(SE editon of course too) |

Any new as how can we start the viewer from the phone instead of from the device explorer and make it work? Anyone using their in this way?

From what I remember, in Sony Ericsson phones such as the T68i and T616. all apps that you install (including WebViewer) can be found under Games. I forgot what the sub menu is, but it might be called "Other Apps".

Probably won't work with the built on browser; but you can get Opera on your phone to do it...

It would be great it there was a way of setting the phone to use another device for interet connection.
In that case all the internet need for the phone would be through that device.
Then some poeple would use it for everything. You could even have cellphone network games etc. |
