After using Arc (Arc S & TL), and using NXT (S & P), and now the Z series with it's omni balance, I really like it, and hope it's here to stay tweaking it design wise from generation to another. But hope not completely new design language |

It doesn't make sense. The Z4 could be announced at MWC and be released in May though. I want to refuse any suggestion of Z4 Ultra being announced at IFA. Means 1 more year. Well patience is virtue. |

I do think the Z4 will make an appearance at MWC with a release a few weeks later in Q2. Regarding the rumored issues with the SD810 I think they've all been blown out of proportion, yes Qualcomm would've had some issues in the R&D department but who doesn't. The fact that the SoC has been with developers for a while now for me puts it in good stead for a late Q1 or an early Q2 release. I also think the new Bond film will feature the Z4 as will a lot of other Sony tech, the movie is due for release 06/11/15 so they'd need to have all filming and editing put together a good while before that release date as we know the Z4 will be the only flagship for 2015 so don't expect the Z5 to be in Bond's hands come November.

I don't expect it to be in anybody's hands until Q2 2016, or sony can go screw themselves, ones and for all. |

If sony announce a z4 device at ces then i'm a penguin.
it's probably some kind of a tablet or some z3 device variant or a new walkman... they don't want to downgrade z3 from the flag status yet. it's way too soon. won't happen. add to this the tough competition from their rivals at mwc. the real mobile battle is saved for mwc. there is going to be blood. 
we should expect z4 on market in april. |

We don't know exactly when will Sony start their 9 months cycle, is it starting from Z4, or after Z4
If it was From Z4, then it will be delayed till May/June
If it was After Z4, then it will be released in late Feb/March
Maybe, I say maybe, Sony planned on After Z4, but with the 810 rumoured problems, they might think about having it from Z4
