So you have to touch above the icons on the transparent bar and not at them ?
That most certanly sound contra productive.

i don't think it's that stupid...with physical buttons the labels are above or below the actual buttons. this is the same thing.

however, i think they should have just printed the icons over the buttons, leaving the led bar completely clear...would have been one detail that would have made a huge difference i think

yeah but they are elevated and you can "feel" and see. but i guess is a learning thing as it was with the switched button layout on the x10 vs Arc, took me a week than it was like i never used the x10 layout

@adsada ha.. nice.

i'm still waiting for Bonovox to share how to enter a competition to win one of these bad boys....perhaps Bonovox is trying to improve his odds by keeping us from entering?

It is funny to see pretty much on every video how people desperately tries to touch the transparent bar and nothing happens.

Also just realized there seem to be small dots right above each icon indicating where to press (hard to see on most videos).

But again it looks like the last Xperia models with poor image quality. The camera shutter time on the other older Xperia phones is fast so its not the processor its cos the images are so heavily scaled down compressed and of small size. Have you not seen them poor images?? Great phone nice specs but i fear another poor camera again.

Checkout these photos taken by ION instead (its basically same phone as S anyway). They look much better (a Panasonic Lumix FZ40 is used for comparison).
