Question, will this have an external battery which can be removed? Or will it be internal and unremovable?

And even more photos by Hallon (MT15i) http://picasaweb.google.com/ulfmjonsson/2011Skridsko#

There are definitely room for improvements

Hallon=16mpx dualcore
It pictures are way better than the xperia arc's ones

i think both arc and hallon have the same camera modules in them! the resolution of the photos are the same, and I think even the lens used are the same as both have f2.4 aperture!

Isn't that the same as to what I said? The front is Black and the back/battery cover is Dark Blue???

Note: I have brightened the image a bit.

Yus! Good stuff, I know SE always does this, but I thought that how thin it is, there is no way an external battery could be fitted. Awesome.

Not only that, the battery is a "big" one too (1500 mAh, same as for X10).

And here is much more about the Xperia play:

I like the sound when they're opening the controls, seems pretty solid.

Most Impressive!!
This choice by SE - which I was worried that Gingerbread and Honeycomb would suffer in performance - is looking MORE & MORE promising!

CPU: MSM8255, 1Ghz, based on ARMv7 (with many instruction sets from Cortex A8; Qualcomm's proven proprietary designs), Scorpion class, Adreno 205 GPU, 45nm (advanced and very modern trend), supports: GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS/WCDMA, HSDPA, HSUPA, HSPA+ and finally ... is used by the following mobiles: Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, HTC Desire HD, T-Mobile myTouch 4G, Sharp GALAPAGOS 003SH/005SH.
Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snapdragon_(System_on_Chip)

The dual-core MSM8260 (3G), MSM8660 (CDMA/3G) both 1.2Ghz & the other dual-core QSD8672 are all 45nm based lithography and use the Adreno 220 GPU a slight step up in graphics performance. So the ARC will do JUST FINE as shown in this video.
