No such problems with Windows here.
Larry, by default the Satio will only save the last 20 messages you sent. Go to MESSAGING / OPTIONS / SETTINGS / OTHER then change it from there. If you set it to 999, the phone will save infinite messages till your phones memory is used up (not likely to happen).

Have solved the problem by putting my sim back into my old phone and deleting the messages from there.
Got rid of the annoying little envelope now lol.
Now struggling to do anything on playnow, doesnt support google chrome and I dont now how to download apps other than going online from phone and my data allowance not kicked in yet.
Satio a little harder to use than I 1st thought lol

I have not been able to get PC Suite to find my Satio phone. I have done everything; reinstalled, downloaded new software, etc., and it won't work.
I am running Windows XP 5.1.
Have you tried the PC Suite version that came with the phone? Connect the USB cable to the phone and the PC, and in the phone menu, select Mass Storage mode. An install dialog should pop up on the screen.
BTW, did you know that the user guides for all languages are stored as PDF files on the memory card as well?
Instead of shipping a CD with software and documentation, they put it on the memory card. |

can definately relate to the mixed emotions, some bits are great e.g. the keyboard is much better than any other touch screen phone I've used, calling and texting is easy as anything....doing anything else is a pain.
I'm trying to figure out if debranding my handset (currently Orange build) will help
hate the fact there's no free games with it, only demos
WiFi, it seems like whenever I want to browse on Wifi I have to go through the Wifi menu and press start browsing from there? I can't just leave it running and go into the normal browser
Media Go is SLOW, taking hours to convert a video
No FB app!??!
Hassle to sync my google calender and contacts (managed to sync contacts still not calender), can't find google talk anywhere
Menu is difficult to navigate compared to other SE's
Connected it to my SE bluetooth speaker, was really quiet compared to my blackberry
iPlayer is really hit and miss, most of the files that download wont play, sometimes have to download something a few times before it works
Also, no youtube app on my build and I can't find any apps for it on SE playnow (free ones anyway)
Might send mine back and get an x3 (or whatever they want to call it) when it comes out
Just thought I will clarify on WiFi... u need not connect thru WiFi menu. Go to Settings > Connectivity > Destinations > Internet. Then define the new access point. Once you have done, you can set WiFi as your Priority 1. In that case every time you try to connect internet if it find the particular Access Point, then it will connect thru WiFi. However, it will disconnect after some time. About disconnecting, browser then need to keep the session alive, if it find the connectivity is thru WiFi. |
